  • 标题:IDENTIFICATION OF MICROORGANISMS AND DETERMINATION OD ENZYME ACTIVITY IN THE SOIL OF MU US SANDLAND BASED ON THE REQUIREMENTS OF SOIL ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

  • 摘要:In this paper, the types of soil microorganisms and enzyme activities in 8 artificialsands of different ages in the Mu Us Sandland were identified. Eight kinds of artificial sandy land with different ages were selected, including62,64,69,75,79,83,86 and91 windward slopes. The soil is obtained according to different spatial levels and different seasons, and the microorganisms are identified after separation and purification. Through the analysis of soil enzyme ac-tivities in 8 artificial sands of different ages, the cor-relation between enzymes and between enzymes and microorganisms was found. The results show that in different spatial levels, the number of microorgan-isms presents a vertical distribution, the number of microorganisms in the surface layer is the highest, and it decreases as the soil layer deepens.In different seasons,the number of bacteria presents obvious seasonal dynamics. For example, the number of sili-cate bacteria microorganisms is highest in summer, followed by autumn, then spring, and the worst is winter. The numbers of aerobic autogenous nitro-gen-fixing bacteria are spring,autumn, summer and winter in descending order; the number of phos-phate-dissolving bacteria is winter, autumn, summer and spring in descending order; and the number of aerobic cellulolytic bacteria is summer, autumn, winter and spring in descending order. The fungal populations were isolated from 8 plots and found that there are 7 genera and 41 species of fungi, 41 of which include 10 species of Penicillium,9 species of Aspergillus,7 species of Fusarium, 5 species of Mu-cor,4 species of Rhizopus Species,3 species ofCur-vularia and 3 species of Trichoderma. The enzyme activity of amylase and polyphenol oxidase is the highest, and the activity of urease is the lowest. There is a correlation among urease, phosphatase, catalase and sucrase, but there is no correlation among amylase, cellulase and polyphenol oxidase. In addition, the correlation between7 enzymes and soil microorganisms has been studied in detail. Through this study, the types of soil microorganisms and enzyme activities in the eight artificial sands of different ages in the Mu Us Sandland were identi-fied, which can provide guidance for the future envi-ronmental management of the Mu Us Sandland.
