  • 摘要:Particulate matter in air pollution is now the primary air pollutant in most cities in China. The haze pollution caused by air pollutant particles PM2.5 has caused widespread heated discussion among the public and has naturally become a re- search topic for many scientists. With the progress of society, people are paying more and more attention to health. Physical exercise outdoors has become the first choice for people to protect their health. How- ever, air pollution is getting worse, which makes out- door sports people very worried. The analysis of the temporal and spatial trends and characteristics of at- mospheric particle pollution in Jilin City provides a reference basis for people to choose the time and place for outdoor sports. We use classical descriptive statistical analysis statistical methods to analyze the basic characteristics of PM10 and PM2.5 data anddetermine the change characteristics of PM10 and PM2.5 under multiple time scales based on principal component analysis (PCA). The results of the study show that when the concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 begins to increase by 10ug/m3. the corre- sponding risk for female patients with respiratory diseases is 1.007, and the corresponding risk for menis 1.004. In age stratification, the concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 increases by 10ug/m3, the corre- sponding risk for respiratory disease patients under 60 years old is 1.003. and the corresponding risk forpeople over 60 vears old is 1.008. Urban air particu- late pollutants (PM10 and PM2.5) mainly enter the human body through the respiratory system, and then produce various toxic effects on the human body. The concentration of particulate matter has no obvi- ous threshold for health damage. The temporal and spatial characteristics of air particle pollution in dif- ferent countries and regions are unstable. The best place and time for exercise should be recommended by studying the regular characteristics of air particle pollution in different regions to reduce the effect of particle pollution damage on outdoor exercisers.
