摘要:The study of biomarkers in organic matter is of great significance for understanding the evolution stage of buried organic matter. Under the complex geological background, this paper analyzes the rich organic matter in the depth of 3130.3m-3754.5m by GC-MS. The C31-C34l7a-homohopane and C25a, 14a, 17a (H) isomerization will make the balance between biological stereoisomers and geological ste- reoisomers. The ratio of the two will increase from 0 to 0.5, which means that the organic rich rocks will begin to generate a large amount of hydrocarbons.
