  • 摘要:In the current debris flow risk assessment sys-tem, there are still defects in the weight assignment process. This paper aims to study each assessment factor's weight assignment in the risk assessment of debris flow. Based on rigorous mathematical theory derivation, the boundary conditions of the weight are determined by the equal weight method, the analytic hierarchy process and the variation coefficient method. Moreover, based on the variable weight method, a linear programming debris flow risk as-sessment model is established. Taking 20 debris flows in the southeastern part of the Oinghai-Tibet Plateau as the research object, the debris flow scale, drainage area, main channellength, basin relative re-lief, longitudinal slope, loose source material re-serves and dailyrainfall were selected as assessment factors. Solve the optimization weight matrix when the debris flow is most dangerous by a linear pro-gramming optimization algorithm, and calculate the score matrix to rank the debris flow risk. The assess-ment result is better than the specific weight assign-ment method. The proposed method is a reliable as-sessment method for disaster prevention and reduc-ttion.
