摘要:This paper uses water extraction and KCl frac-tional extraction methods to extract polysaccharides from Pine Algae. The components with the highest sulfate group content are separated and purified by DEAF ion exchange column chromatography, using anthrone-sulfuric acid method, resorcinol method, and BaC12. The turbidimetric method is used to de-termine the total sugar content, the content of 3,6-endogalactose and the total sulfate group content; the characteristic groups of polysaccharides are deter-mined by infrared spectroscopy; after the polysac-charide is hydrolyzed and derivatized, the monosac-charides are determined by GC-MS composition. Research results show that: galactose is the main monosaccharide component in S. longissima, but HCCP with the highest galactose content is also less than 50%; the content of arabinose and mannose are both about 10-30%,and the contentofglucose In the The range of 3-20%, it also contains a small amount of rhamnose. Pine algae are rich in sulfated polysac-charides, with diverse monosaccharide compositions and novel structures.The polysaccharides have var-ious biological activities such as immune regulation.
