摘要：With the deepening of the concept of sustaina-ble development, people have become more and more aware of the important role of the ecological environment in human development. To protect and build the ecological environment, the harmony be-tween man and nature has become the common choice of all countries in the world. As a means of adjusting the relationship between stakeholders in the use,protection and construction of the ecologi-cal environment, and maintaining and improving ecosystem services, ecological compensation has received increasing attention from all over the world. The theoretical research and practice of eco-logical compensation has become a hot research issue in the 21st century.one. Payment for ecosys-tem services is an institutional arrangement for the purpose of protecting and sustainable use of eco-system services, and adjusting the interests of stakeholders based on economic means. It is aimed at protecting the ecological environment and pro-moting the harmonious development of man and nature. Value, ecological protection cost, develop-ment opportunity cost, and the use of govemment and market means to regulate the public system of interest relations between stakeholders in ecological protection. According to the status quo of Dongting Lake Eco-Economic Zone and the ecological envi-ronment, this study constructs a regional ecological compensation standard model, evaluates the value of ecosystem services and other indicators, deter-mines the objects of regional ecological compensa-tion, and builds a framework of regional ecological compensation mechanism. Introduce a coordination degree model to study the relationship between the construction of an ecological compensation system and the government's ecological purchase mecha-nism. The research results show that the regional ecological compensation mechanism framework has a certain degree of operability. The compensa-tion model should be based on the government ecological purchase mechanism, supplemented by market compensation, and adopt multiple methods to implement regional ecological compensation scientifically.
