摘要：In recent years, China's economic develop-ment has made remarkable achievements in the world. However, with the rapid economic develop-ment, environmental pollution has become more and more serious. The state has issued a series of policies and guidelines for environmental protec-tion. Therefore, the concept of low-carbon devel-opment has emerged. The logistics industry, as China's"third source of profit", emerged after the universal development of e-commerce,and it occu-pies an increasingly important position in the de-velopment of the national economic system. In order to actively respond to the call of the country, the logistics industry has accelerated its low-carbon development model. In order to conform to the concept of national development. Based on this, building an exclusive performance evaluation sys-tem has important practical significance for evaluat-ing and guiding the low-carbon development of regional ecological logistics. The article takes Guangxi as the research object, and conducts in-depth research on the performance evaluation of regional ecological logistics based on low-carbon development.
