摘要:In order to study the differences in the psycho- logical effects of different sports environments on exercisers, psychological tests were used to conduct 30 psychological tests on 30 adults who often par- ticipated in morning running in two different envi- ronments. The measurement results show that dif- ferent sports environments have significant differ- ences in the influence of exercisers' cognitive abil-ity and emotional states such as depression, anxiety, and tension. A good outdoor sports environment can regulate the exerciser's emotional state and improve exerciser's cognition. Ability to promote mental health has positive significance.
