摘要:A heterogeneous nanoscale zero-valent metal catalyst was prepared and used to activate peroxy-mono-sulphate(PMS) for advanced oxidation of hy-droxypropyl guar gum and other polymers in oilfield water to avoid separation in homogeneous condition. It was found that the high catalytic perform of sup-ported Cu for degredation of polymers in oilfield wastwater was obtained in a wide pH range 7.0-11.0. The viscosity of hydroxypropyl guar gum can be re-duced effectively from 24 to 1.06in presence of 10.0%Na2S2O(mass ratio to hydroxypropyl guar gum)and 10.0% Cu(0)(mass ratio to Na2S2Os)with the COD eliminated to 760 mg/L from 7602 mg/L in presence of the supported copper catalyst. Further, the morphology and pore structures of the prepared catalyst has been explained in detail using various characterization method including Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),and XPS.
