  • 摘要:With the development of the industrial and ag-ricultural production, the expansion of the scale of cities and towns and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for and con-sumption of energy continues to increase, and the number of large-scale and intensive breeding farms and sewage treatment plants continues to increase. And sludge discharge will also increase, which will lead to energy shortages and environmental pollution problems. The anaerobic digestion of biological or-ganic waste not only solves environmental problems, but also obtains clean methane energy. The fer-mented biogas residue can also beused as a good or-ganic fertilizer. This experiment selects organic com-pounds such as methyl cellulose, peptone, soluble starch, lignin,etc. to study the difference in methane production by medium temperature anaerobic diges-tion. In addition, we select four single organic wastes:chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, and sludge.The raw materials and their two-by-two or three-mixed materials are subjected to anaerobic di-gestion under high temperature conditions to under-stand the influence of different raw materials and their ratios on the methane production of anaerobic digestion. Through research and analysis, it can be found that the cumulative methane production of an-aerobic digestion treated with different organic com-pounds is peptone> methylcellulose>lignin> solu-ble starch. The cumulative methane production of 3 kinds of livestock manure and any 2 or 3 kinds of mixed anaerobic digestion is: chicken manure+ pig manure> pig manure> chicken manure> chicken ma-nure + cow manure> pig manure + cow manure>cow manure> chicken manure + pig manure + cow manure, indicating that mixing chicken manure and pig manure is beneficial to increase the methane pro-duction of the two. Adding chicken manure or pig manure to cow manure can increase the methane pro-duction of cow manure. Adding cow manure to ma-nure reduces methane production from singing ma-nure or pig manure, and the methane production from the mixture of three kinds of animal manure is the lowest. The mixed methane produced by sludge and any of the three livestock manures is higher than the methane produced by anaerobic digestion of sludge alone, and the cumulative methane produc-tion is: pig manure + sludge> chicken manure +sludge> cow manure +sludge>sludge. The amount of methane produced by sludge and any two of the three kinds of livestock and poultry manure is much higher than that of sludge alone, and higher than that of sludge mixed with any one of livestock and poul-try manure,indicating that adding livestock and poultry manure to the sludge can promote the sludge digestion of mud and production of methane.
