摘要:Voltammetric scanning can record the overall distribution of electrochemically active substances in plant tissues. Since the distribution of chemical components in plants is controlled by genes, these profiles can reflect the genetic differences of differ- ent species. In this study, voltammetric scanning technology was applied to the species identification and infrageneric relationship study of Clematis. A to- tal of 1l species and I exogroup under 4 groups of Clematis were specially selected as the research tar- gets. This is the first time that electroanalytical tech- nology has been applied to the identification and analysis of plants in different groups. According to the electrochemical fingerprint data obtained under different conditions, different types of pattern can be constructed for the identification of species. At the same time, the phylogenetic tree derived from the electrochemical fingerprint data can be used to study the genetic relationship of different species.
