标题:IMPACT OF CHITOSAN PMAA-NPK NANO COMIPOSITE AND TRADITIONAL MINERAL-NPK FERTILIZERS ON GROWTH, YIELD AND BIOCHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF EGYPTIAN COTTON CV.GIZA 94 (Gossypium barbadense L.)
摘要:Nanotechnology is the engineering of func-tional systems at the molecular scale, deals with particles sizes between 1 and 100 nanometers at least one dimension. The preparation of chitosan nanoparticles was carried out using methacrylic acid (MAA). All preparation steps were carried out at Nanotechnology & Advanced Materials Central Lab.(NAMCL),Agric, Res. Center-Giza, Egypt. The properties of Cs-PMAA nanoparticles were studied by particle size analyzer,Zeta potential, transmission electron microscopy (TEM)and size distribution of nanoparticles by dynamic light scat-tering (DLS). An experiment on Egyptian cotton cultivar Giza 94 Long-Staple(LS)was conducted at Sakha.Agric..Res.Station,Cotton Res. Inst., Agric. Res. Center,Egypt, during the two growing seasons 2018 and 2019. The experiment was laid out in the Randomized Complete Block Design with nine fertilizer treatments and three replica-tions. The purpose of this current study was com-paring the effects of traditional mineral NPK ferti-lizer and Cs-PMAA-nanoparticles loaded with NPK composite fertilizer, besides the combination mixed treatments with various percent between them. The results of study showed that nano-NPK composite treatments significantly enhanced growth parame-ters, Results also showed that the highest seed cot-ton yield, lint cotton yield and yield components were resulted from either 100% nano-NPKcompo-site fertilizer treatment or mixed treatments nano-NPK with traditional NPK mineral. The use of nano-NPK fertilizers leads to an increase in the efficiency of the consumption of nutrient elements.…Hence it could be concluded that nano- NPK ferti-lizers could use as an alternative to traditional min-eral NPK fertilizers and could be recommended usein the commercial area of cotton crop in clayey soils in Nile Delta of Egypt.
