摘要:Employees can be more productive and effective in a work environment where they can easily discuss their opinions and suggestions within the organization, and present their problems and solutions. Organizational climate and managerial behaviors have an important place in providing this environment. Green hospitality; in its most basic sense, it is a system that aims to protect nature and sustainability by saving energy and reducing the amount of energy-saving waste. In addition; results such as strengthening the image of the organization and gaining an advantage in marketing are also aimed. These objectives are related to the profitability of the organization. In addition, the concept of green hotel requires some innovations in terms of management. These are the innovations that are necessary for the implementation of the green hotel management philosophy. Therefore, the concept of green hotel management is expected to bring some innovations and create differences in terms of both management and treatment to employees, rather than just reducing costs or providing advantages in marketing. Based on this view, a questionnaire was applied to green hotel and non-green hotel employees, including 368 participants, on their perceptions of "Organizational Silence", "Ethical Climate" and "Ethical Leadership." As a result of the study, there was no difference in normal hotel and green hotel employees' perceptions of “Ethical Leadership”, “Ethical Climate” and “Organizational Silence”, which are the sub-dimensions of defensive and prosocial silence. Only one significant difference could be detected in "Acceptable Silence", which is the sub-dimension of Organizational Silence, and according to this result; it has been found that the perception of “Acquiescent Silence” of green hotel employees is lower than that of non-green hotel employees.
