摘要:The aim of this study is to examine the impact of innovation strategies on environmental, social and economic sustainability. Within the scope of the study, a survey was conducted with 315 furniture companies in Kayseri, Ankara and Bursa (İnegöl). The data obtained were analyzed using IBM SPSS 25 and IBM AMOS 24 package programs. Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. In the first stage, the factorial structure predicted as a result of CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) of the three-dimensional scale consisting of 20 items, which was previously adapted to Turkish in order to measure institutional sustainability, could not be verified with data. Upon this, KFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) was applied to explore the structure of the scale and it was determined that the scale consists of 10 items and has a three-factor structure. However, it was determined that only two items were loaded in the third dimension of the scale. According to the hierarchical regression analysis results; It has been determined that both innovation strategies (exploratory innovation and incremental innovation) positively affect environmental sustainability. However, only exploratory innovation has been found to positively affect social and economic sustainability. It has been determined that incremental innovation does not have a significant effect on social and economic sustainability.
