摘要:It is investigated kinetic of the temperatures at freezing and defrosting fruit pastelike semifinished products-additives in the form of fillings. Change of quantity of the frozen and not frozen moisture in fruit semifinished products-additives in the form of fillings in the course of storage is investigated.
