摘要:Molecular Biology presents themes with a high degree of abstraction and complexity to approach in high school. Among these is the translation, which escapes sensory perception. Students need support for dynamic visual representation resources to assist in the coherent mental construction of phenomena at the molecular level. To that end, a digital and dynamic infographics based on principles of Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning (CTML) of the translation process, which were applied to students from 3rd year. Still, the potential of these resources was analyzed from the students' perspective. The research was qualitative based on a questionnaire and an interview as instruments of data collection. The results showed that the infographics contributed significantly to the understanding and reduction of the abstraction of the theme and were aesthetically attractive, dynamic and concise in the transmission of the content. It is concluded, therefore, that the applicability of infographics is an interesting and promising proposal that envisions multimedia tools in the context of high school, taking into account the students' cognitive aspects when using the CTML principles.
