摘要：The publication is devoted to the study and classification of zoning of recreational facilities for their possible use and development of the tourism industry in the North Kazakhstan region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The obtained data characterizing natural and recreational objects, allowing to create a picture of their spatial placement, by the administrati ve districts of the region, are studied. The conducted study of recreational facilities allowed them to be zoned. These aspects allowed us to determine the degree of their demand, to identify objects already used or recommended for use as objects in the tourism industry. A cartographic material has been prepared that visually reflects the opportunities, problems and prospects for the development of the tourism industry in the region In the studied territory, recreational objects are identified, which, according to a number of similar features, we combine into five types: natural, natural-technical, architectural, historical-revolutionary, archaeological. The natural territories of the North Kazakhstan region considered by us were united into five recreational districts.
