摘要:The current study analyzed the ideal workplace attributes sought by high school youth. Students in 4 classes were randomly assigned to control and intervention groups. The intervention consisted in watching a video with a fictitious employer that presents the realities of a real job, in both negative and positive scenarios. Students exposed to positive intervention did not show significant differences in identifying ideal workplace values. Students exposed to negative intervention were, however, influenced, altering the list of values sought at the ideal workplace by comparison with the control group.
