摘要：The article aims to problematize the institutionality of the School of Health at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. To this end, it presents notes on the feminization of work related to care, as well as some legal provisions about the Professional Education in Health and the constitution of the school. The research is based on a qualitative approach, through documentary and bibliographic research. Theoretically, the text is based on the Foucauldian theoretical framework and on the literature on gender studies, in dialogue with theorists of Professional Education. The results point to the reiteration of the regulatory norm that keeps women in a situation of subjection in Professional Health Education.
