摘要：O Rio Grande do Sul vem perdendo protagonismo no cenário nacional em decorrência da grave crise fiscal estadual e da perda da competividade no setor econômico. O objetivo deste artigo é estimar uma matriz insumo-produto a partir do método RAS, buscando conhecer a estrutura setorial da economia gaúcha e a participação dos setores da administração pública e de transportes no ano de 201Os resultados mostraram que o perfil econômico do estado está ligado, principalmente, à agricultura e à indústria de transformação. Cabe ressaltar a importância da educação pública e do transporte rodoviário na geração de emprego e renda.
其他摘要：Rio Grande do Sul has been losing prominence on the national scene due to the state’s serious fiscal crisis and the loss of competitiveness in the economic sector. The objective of this paper is to estimate an input-output matrix using the RAS method, seeking to understand the sectoral structure of the state's economy and the participation of the sectors of public administration and transport in 201The results showed that the state's economic profile is mainly linked to agriculture and the manufacturing industry. It is worth mentioning the importance of public education and road transport in generating employment and income.
