摘要：This article aims to demonstrate a broad and complex relationship between entrepreneurship, including the entrepreneur, with the regional and organizational context in which it operates, for which a theoretical review of the context and entrepreneurial competencies was addressed.In this regard, a qualitative research was carried out with the phenomenological method that allowed an exhaustive review of the most relevant literature, books, and articles on the phenomenon.As a result, different theoretical proposals were analyzed, ranging from absolute relevance to the topic to those that highlight contextual elements such as education.Thus, the importance of the regional and organizational context, the behavior and competencies of the individual, the education of the individual, among other aspects of interest, were addressed.
