摘要：El Ministerio de Educación Superior de Cuba actualmente desarrolla sus funciones en ocho edificios. Esta dispersión ha traído problemas en su funcionamiento integral. Se realizó un estudio de los inmuebles con el propósito de alojar en un nuevo edificio todas las funciones que hoy están dispersas. El diseño se basa en dos palabras claves: ciencia y sociedad, y tuvo en cuenta los recursos a utilizar, los consumos de agua y energía, y el confort, con el objetivo de disminuir el impacto negativo sobre el ecosistema, atendiendo a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS). Las soluciones incorporan algunos elementos de la inmótica para un mejor funcionamiento del edificio. El proyecto concibe también el reordenamiento del edificio existente y una nueva distribución general en los tres edificios que acogerán las funciones del Ministerio de Educación Superior.
其他摘要：The Cuban Ministry of Higher Education currently carries out its functions in eight buildings. This dispersion has brought problems in its integral functioning. A study of the buildings was developed with the purpose of housing in a new building all the functions that are now dispersed. The design is based on two key words: science and society, and took into account the resources to be used, water and energy consumption, and comfort, with the aim of reducing the negative impact on the ecosystem, meeting the Goals of Sustainable Development (ODS). The solutions incorporate some elements of the inmotics for a better functioning of the building. The project also envisions the reorganization of the existing building and a new general distribution in the three buildings that will house the functions of the Ministry of Higher Education.
