摘要：DESTRUCTION from the air is the most efficient method of defeating an enemy. It is possible to make this statement without the necessity of outlining the accomplishments of the strategic Air Forces in Europe, where they broke the back of German production, or in the Pacific, where they forced the capitulation of Japan without the necessity of ground invasion.
