摘要：In this study, we aimed to investigate in a systematic way are carried out postgraduate thesis for use of origami in mathematics education. The research was a qualitative research and the data were collected by document analysis technique and the sample of the research was determined by criterion sampling. For this purpose, the database of the Higher Education Council National Thesis Center was searched by using keywords and 20 theses were included in the study. The theses included in the research were transferred to the thesis review form developed by the researchers for evaluation. Research findings show that the use of origami in mathematics education has a twelve-year history. In addition, it was determined that the theses were most concentrated in 2012 and at the graduate level and in the sub-learning area of geometric objects and triangles in the field of geometry and measurement. It is noteworthy that there is only one thesis at the doctoral level and it was completed in 2020. It is thought that the results of the thesis examined within the scope of the research will guide the studies to be carried out in the field. For this reason, it is recommended to concentrate especially on postgraduate theses at the doctoral level, since they have a more comprehensive content.
