摘要：This study aims to analyze the relationship between conflict management styles and job satisfaction of service sector employees. For this purpose in the pilot, study questionnaires were collected from 86 people by convenience sampling. Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II (ROCI-II) and Short Form Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire were applied in the research. When the employees' responses regarding the relevant scales are evaluated, while the answers in the direction of "neutral" gained weight, tendencies in different directions were found in the dimensions of conflict management styles. Analysis results show that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between conflict management styles and job satisfaction. In addition, it was found that the dimensions of conflict management styles had significant relations with each other. It was determined that the dimensions of job satisfaction, integrating, and compromising were related.
