摘要:Leadership has been become research object for long time ago related to many organization advances. It becomesone most complex social processes (Fry and Kriger, 2009). Leadership consists of three things; leaders, followers and situations. Leaders provide direction to their followers, setting goals for subordinates, then motivate subordinates to do the work, leverage their efforts together in same direction. Therefore, leaders can achieve organizational goals and minimize the gap between the actual and desired goals.
