摘要：In this age of innovation, the advancement in information technology has developed to pave the way for big data analytics. Application Program Interface (API) and Social, Mobile, Analytics and, Cloud (SMAC) technologies have allowed various data streams to synchronize efficiently. The study focuses on millennials as this generation group will become the primary users for banking services, including Fintech. Selangor has been chosen as the study's geographical location as the state remained as the main economic driver of Malaysia with a contribution of the highest Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2019 with a share of 24.2 percent as compared to other states. The study employs a quantitative research method to articulate facts and reveal patterns for the study's findings. This type of research method can also state whether a relationship exists between the independent variables and the dependent variable of the study. This study highlights that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness is a more influential factor than perceived risk, and Trust. The findings imply can users are mainly willing to adopt Fintech, but some factors hinder their adoption. Thus, building more reliable and trustworthy Fintech products and services is as important as enhancing the functions.
