摘要:The present study is an empirical investigation into the barriers involved in international trade logistics identified from the perspectives of key stakeholders including Indian traders, logistics service providers (LSPs), and academicians. The identified risks were reduced to comprehensive list of barriers by Delphi interview rounds. These barriers have been modelled based on the responses from stakeholders using Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM). The ISM model has revealed that political barriers, cultural rigidity, policy, and border interventions are the significant factor which guides the efficiency of international logistics services.
