  • 摘要:The current international economic and political situation assumes some profound structural changes in functioning of Russian enterprises including the agrarian ones. The energized industrialization of the developing countries, demographic increase, growing imbalance between food production and the demand for it, non-food use of agricultural raw materials (increasing biofuel production), transformation of some agricultural products into a financial instrument (wheat, rye, barley), high price volatility-all these factors make food crisis one of the major global challenges of the 21st century against the background of lack of availability of resources and comparatively low efficiency of the agrarian sector.
