摘要:Every company strives to achieve the goals set by top management. Company goals include growth, profit and employee welfare productivity and so on. The role of human resources in a company is very important. Relevant changes are very influential on the way the company. Often the appraisal systems of supervisors and subordinates are not the same as those at lower levels. Regarding the issue of HR management in a company that should focus closely on performance, there are several factors that need attention and which can support the performance of an employee, including; compensation, work motivation, job satisfaction and so forth.
