摘要：The article substantiates the importance of managing the innovative potential of modern enterprises, for example, a maritime trading port. Based on the consideration of the practices of world and domestic ports, a dialectical link between the development of the enterprise and its innovative potential has been proved. An assessment scale has been developed by which the degree of conformity of the innovative potential to the level of enterprise development is established.
