摘要:This study examines the role of passion in Generation Y and Z career interests in project management. The demand for project management practitioners is increasing; yet, the younger generations are not particularly interested in pursuing this career. A descriptive quantitative study was conducted to test the hypotheses using questionnaires as the instruments. The respondents were students and entry-level employees in project management in Indonesia. Measurements for all variables have been modified from previous studies. Convenience and snowball sampling methods were employed to reach respondents through an online survey. Three hundred forty-six questionnaires collected were analyzed with linear regression using SPSS 25. This analysis revealed that passion is significantly influencing career interest in both Generation Y and Z. There is no significant difference between groups.
