摘要：In recent years, Vietnam has participated vigorously in the integration process and achieved many successes. International integration has become one of the critical drivers of socio-economic growth and development. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a significant role in each country’s economy, including countries with a high development level. Therefore, the paper aims to determine the factors affecting employees’ job satisfaction and loyalty at small and medium Vietnam enterprises. The results showed five determinants: leadership, training, job characteristics, salary, and working environment. All five factors were affecting employees’ job satisfaction and employees’ loyalty with 1% significance. Since then, the authors gave several recommendations to enhance employees’ job satisfaction and loyalty in small and medium-sized enterprises.
