摘要：Object: financial market. In Russia, control over financial relations of the financial market has its own mechanism. Thus, in Russia, control over financial relations of the financial market was previously carried out by the Federal Financial Markets Service, which gradually transferred its powers to the Bank of Russia, since 2013 it has been performing the function of a mega–regulator of financial relations of the financial market. The purpose of the study is to analyze the regulation of financial relations in the financial market. This study presents a mechanism for regulating financial relations in the financial market.
