摘要:The purpose of modern education is to train highly qualified workers. It is possible to achieve such a result by enhancing public-private partnership, where students can receive not only theoretical but also practical knowledge, and the enterprises can "train" new workers. This is especially important in the energy sector, in particular oil and gas. This sphere provides the population with fuel products and is also a significant part of the state economy. This explains the importance of the public-private partnership in the field of education. However, the problem is that nowadays there is no clear structure of this mechanism. In this regard, the purpose of the research is to develop technological approaches for the implementation of mechanisms of public-private partnership of educational institutions. To achieve the goal, a set of complementary research methods was used. The most widely used methods were: the analysis of scientific and educational-methodical literature, the design of didactic theories, pedagogical experiment, the use of mathematical and statistical methods and application software products. As a result, a didactic system for the implementation of public-private partnership of an educational institution with the oil and gas industry was developed.
