摘要:We developed the systematization of social innovations, which details their types by a number of features, in particular, in terms of spheres of life, the nature of changes, consequences, types of end-effect, etc. This confirms the multifaceted possibilities of the influence of social innovations on human capital in the interests of increasing its competitive advantages. It has been determined that social entrepreneurship is a business with a social mission that requires appropriate conditions for development. Five stages of diffusion of social innovations that influence the development of human capital were identified.
