摘要：Adolescence is defined at the period of transition between childhood and adulthood and is defined by significant physical, emotional, and psychological changes. If you compound this with immigrating to a new country and interfacing with a new healthcare system it can add additional challenges to this transition period. There is much room for improvement to make this transition easier in the primary care setting.
