摘要：According to United Nation human right council homeless people live in conditions of extreme poverty. Such condition can be considered as multidimensional, since it concerns issues as: health; job; social relationships. Furthermore, it damages the opportunity to “planning” their future and to enjoying their citizen rights. The Guidelines for night-shelters and emergency hostels are the outcome of a research project carried out for the City of Turin (I) in the 2016. The main purpose is to provide proper responses in order to build-up, renovate and managing the night shelters and other facilities available to them.
