  • 摘要:The article covers one of the important issues such as the definition of performance appraisal, especially in terms of civil service. As personnel appraisal is of great importance from both the employee and organizational perspectives, establishing efficient appraisal methods is closely related to achieving organizational goals. The research is mainly aimed at identifying the importance of performance appraisal in civil service for improving the efficiency of civil servants as a special type of human capital. It concludes with the measures needed to be carried out in order to ensure the efficient use of personnel capacity in civil service.
