摘要:At the current level of development of civilization, the innovative potential of society plays a special role, which causes the need for people who can systematically think, quickly find the necessary information, make adequate decisions and create fundamentally new ideas in various fields of knowledge. And this, in turn, forms a social order for new approaches in the system of professional training of a specialist, new pedagogical thinking, a new attitude of a teacher to their activities, the result of which should be the education of an “innovative person”. This article discusses the concept and components of teacher preparedness for innovation. The conditions for the formation of the teacher’s readiness for innovation are defined.
