摘要:In this research, a biomechanical study is applied to the Mawashi Geri technique in the precompetitive stage in karate fighters at the University of Cienfuegos with the aim of detecting deficient elements that make it difficult to master while the action is being executed. For this, a male athlete from the Karate Do team was taken under analyze. The research responds to the qualitative paradigm, the type of transactional or cross-sectional design and a descriptive study model. Scientific research methods and techniques such as observation were used. A filming of the athlete under study was carried out, then their data was processed through the Hu-m-an 5.0 software and as a result t was obtained that the execution time was 0.37s, its speed was 6.9m / s and it applied a force of 107.2N.
