摘要：ROSDIANA.2021.Thesis.The influence of organizational culture and Work Environment on employee Productivity at PT.Dunia Marine Products Makassar. Superpised by DR. H.A. Arifuddin Mane, SE., M.Si and DR.Lukman Setiawan,S.Si., PSi., SE., MM.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee productivity of PT.Dunia Marine Product Makassar in the production division with a total of 45 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linier regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing.The type of research used in quantitative research. Sampling technique using saturated sampling or cencus. The data collection method used in questionnaire. Data analysis with multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23 Software.The result of the research with the f test, organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on the productivity of PT.Dunia Marine Products Makassar employees. However, the t test shows that organizational culture partially does not have a significant effect on the productivity of PT.Dunia Marine Products Makassar employees.
