摘要:MAULIANI SALWA AZZAHRAH.2021.Mastery of Information Technology and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at The Central Bureau of Statistics in Pangkep Regency guided by H.M. Idris SE.,M.Si dan Rafiuddin SE.,M.Si.The purposes of this study are: 1) To find out whether there is an influence of mastery of information technology on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Central Statistics Agency office, 2) To find out whether there is an effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Central Statistics Agency office, 3) To find out whether there is an influence between mastery of information technology and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Central Bureau of Statistics.The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample uses a saturated or census sampling method. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Data analysis with multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26 software.The results of the study found that all hypotheses in this study have been proven. 1) Mastery of information technology has a partial effect on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Central Statistics Agency office, 2) Job satisfaction partially affects employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Central Statistics Agency office, 3) Information technology mastery and job satisfaction simultaneously affect performance employees at the Pangkep Regency Central Bureau of Statistics.
