摘要:Rend Hart Melyazar Putra. 2021. Thesis. Analysis of Factors Affecting Employee Work Motivation at the Tamalanrea District Office, Makassar City, guided by Mr. Dr. Muhlis Ruslan SE., M.Si. and Mrs. Indrayani Nur, S.Pd., SE.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, leadership and recognition (achievement) at the Tamalanrea sub-district office, Makassar City. And to find out which factors influence the work motivation of employees at the tamalanrea sub-district office in Makassar. The type of research used is associative with quantitative type. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires to 67 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, t test, f test and the coefficient of determination test assisted by SPSS V. 22.The results showed that the work environment did not have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at the Tamalanrea District Office, Makassar City, because the tcount value was 1.627 where the value was smaller than ttable 1.703.Leaders have a positive influence on work motivation with a significantly smaller value than probability and achievement does not have a positive effect on employee work motivation at the Tamalanrea District Office, Makassar City, and the most dominant variable affecting employee work motivation is the work environment.
