摘要：The advancement in technology changes the way people pay for the goods and services. Systems of payment have substantially changed over the time, from barter system, to coins and after paper currency to digital payments. To promote digitization in the country various digital payment apps has been launched. People are using these apps to make payments for their utilities, mobile recharges and various other purposes through the mobile phones. The present paper focus on the one the popular digital payment app i.e . Paytm its usage and level of satisfaction among the users.
