摘要：This study examines the effect of strategic policies on investment development and service quality of investment services and one-stop integrated services on the marketing performance and competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in Jambi City. The research sample was 134 small and medium enterprises scattered in each sub-district in the city of Jambi. This research data processing using descriptive method and using SEM-PLS analysis tools. This study indicates that the strategic policy of investment development and service quality simultaneously has a significant positive effect on the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in Jambi City. Meanwhile, partially the strategic policy of investment development, service quality affects marketing performance. Likewise, service quality and marketing performance can affect competitiveness. However, strategic policies on competitiveness do not affect.
