摘要：In the article [1], we built anenhanced self corect circuit (ESC) model of a lithium-ion battery to describe the dynamic characteristics of the charge/discharge process of a lithium-ion battery(LiB), determine the parameters of the ESC model, and use Use a kalman filter to observe the state of change (SoC) of a LiB. In this article, we will build the optimal structure controlling the SoC balance for LiB cells.
