摘要：The objective of this study is to identify the factors affecting the training of high quality human resources at Thai Nguyen University. Data used in the study was collected from the results of a survey of 120 students from different subjects of Thai Nguyen University. Data were processed by SPSS 20.0 statistical software, tested with Cronbachs’s Alpha coefficient, exploratory factor analysis model (EFA) and linear regression analysis model. The research results show that the factors affecting the training of high quality human resources at Thai Nguyen University include "Determining training needs", "Training programs", "Training Methods ",Teaching staff "," Facilities ". In particular, "Training Programs" is the most influential factor in the training of high quality human resources at Thai Nguyen University.
