摘要：Capital structure, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners are mechanisms of corporate control in good corporate governance. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure (DER), institutional ownership, and independent commissioners on firm financial performance (ROE). The data used are the financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2019, which are analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the capital structure (DER), institutional ownership, and the independent commissioners have a significant effect on firm financial performance. (ROE).
