摘要：For face recognition in surveillance scenarios, identifying a person captured on video is one of the key tasks. Human beings are recognized by their unique facial characteristics. Aim to create a attendance system for educational institutions to enhance and upgrade the current attendance system into more efficient. In the face recognition approach, a given face is compared with the faces stored in the database in order to identify the person. If the person may be unknown, the image of the unknown person from video clip will be send to the admin mail.
